MCP client wrapper

Use AllowKit to wrap MCP tool calls with spending controls. The wrapper is designed to:

  • identify the tool being called
  • check tool-level policy
  • handle paid x402 responses
  • prevent unauthorized spend
  • create receipts for paid tool calls
