recipient addresses.

Agents should pay stable service ids, not raw wallet addresses. The registry maps each service id to the current Solana recipient and records address history.
Address changes are risky
A changed recipient is treated as pending approval until the owner accepts the new mapping.
Recipient history
Old recipient addresses stay auditable so a past payment can be explained later.
Blocked unknowns
Unknown service ids, changed addresses, and off-list recipients block before escrow release.
